Isolated workspaces
The platform is multi-tenant by design. Your organisation's users, documents, coworkers, runs and reports live in your own workspace, scoped at the data layer. One company can never see another's work.
Roles and permissions
Access is role-based inside the workspace: who can run coworkers, who can create and manage them, who administers users and billing. Coworker visibility can be scoped so sensitive roles stay with the teams that need them.
Your accounts stay yours
Google integrations (Gmail, Drive, Calendar) connect per user through the official OAuth flow. Tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM, coworkers read only what the connection grants, and any outbound action, like sending an email, is confirmation-gated: a human approves it.
Spend that cannot run away
Usage is metered against prepaid credits that your organisation tops up deliberately. There is no open-ended metering surprise: when credits run out, runs stop until you decide to continue.
Every run on the record
Runs, reports and admin changes are written to an audit trail. When leadership asks why a vendor was approved, the report, its sources and its run history are one search away.
Honest by construction
Coworkers cite sources for material findings and mark them confirmed, likely or unverified. Missing data lowers confidence instead of hiding. A deliverable you cannot defend is not a deliverable.
